If you have jailbroken your iphone you can download an app from cydia called iBluenova which allows iphone users to transfer files over Bluetooth - even to other devices!
The app is availiable from the Cidia Store for $5.99. If you use the SiNful iPhone repo within Cidia the app is free - although this is at you own risk.
